Co-founder of Terrain, David Aubert is the man behind the productive marketing TM process, an approach based on 6 concise principles that guarantee results. David has headed the agency since 2009, drives its continued development and supervises its collection of services with a view to offering a distinctive product.
With 12 years experience in brand creative and management, David focuses much of Terrain’s energy on retail clients such as RONA, Trudeau, IGA, and 1st Choice. He has also served as brand consultant for Minçavi, Wawanesa and Garant to evolve their positioning and strategic planning.
A committed member of his community, David serves on the board of directors for the CHUQ Foundation.
Before co-founding Terrain in 2007 and serving as its President for 2 years, Martin launched Spoutnik, a creative marketing company, in 1996. In his capacity as a manager of major accounts, Martin uses his 17 years of communications experience to offer high-level communication and marketing consulting, most notably in technological creativity at the campaign planning stages.
Martin’s creative spirit is balanced by a structured and methodical mind, making him the perfect supervisor for Terrain’s interactive service.
Martin has served on various boards of directors, and pursued many international commercial ventures as well, including stints in Germany, Italy, France, and North Africa, which ultimately brought him an honorary certificate in international business in 2003. Since 1996, Martin has contributed to more than 20 award-winning design and advertising projects in Quebec and the U.S.
With 30 years experience in restructuring, salesforce development, event management, and other preeminent marketing initiatives, Jacques has worked with such high-profile companies as Procter & Gamble and Denco Canada Dental (one of Canada’s leading dentistry distributors).
He also helped found Mosaic Sales Solutions in Montreal and Toronto—a company that with Jacques’s assistance, became a major communications force in the industry. Through it all, Jacques has remained steadfast in his belief that efficient and concentrated efforts in store are paramount and directly lead to salesforce growth and productivity. As President of Terrain’s board of directors, Jacques is a key strategist, using his multiple skills to enhance the agency’s profile and services.
Outside of the agency, Jacques is President of the board of directors for the New World Philharmonic Orchestra..

Founded in 1996, the CHUQ Foundation’s mission is to financially support the development of the Centre hospitalier universitaire de l’Est du Québec, so that the CHUQ group can maintain the quality and humanity so characteristic of its service, and to contribute to research and teaching in order to remain at the forefront of technological innovations.
The Foundation receives and manages funds dedicated to various projects, such as purchasing much needed equipment, refurbishing wards and departments, bringing important research to fruition, and supporting teaching activities for future health professionals.
